Registration For SVRI Forum 2026 Is Now Open

Please note that registration costs have been set in US Dollar (USD)

Registration and payment for pre-conference workshops, general conference attendance, and exhibition stands must be completed via the Oxford Abstracts platform. A range of payment options is available during the registration process.

You will find the option to register for pre-conference workshops once you have selected your general conference registration.

For pre-conference workshops, participants may register for one morning session and/or one afternoon session only. These workshops carry an additional cost and must be paid for separately from the main conference registration fee.

Please note that we cannot guarantee on-site registration as the Forum has historically sold out before the registration closing date.
Group Discount (Closes on 15 August 2026) A 10% discount will be given to a registration of 10 or more delegates from the same organisation until 15 August 2026

Registration for SVRI Forum 2026 includes:

  • Access to the welcome function on the evening of 5 October.
  • Access to all abstract driven conference sessions from 6–8 October.
  • Access to all participant-driven events that are open to SVRI delegates from 6 – 9 October.
  • Entry to the exhibition area.
  • Conference materials, including a conference bag and programme.
  • Access to wellness activities and counselling support.
  • Daily catering during the abstract-driven conference from 6–8 October, including two tea breaks per day and lunch.
  • Access to the conference gala dinner on 7 October.

Cancellation Policy:

The organisers will not be responsible for identifying funds if organisations/companies do not include the order reference number for payment. Transfer/ Bank fees are for the delegate’s own account.

Please note that any refunds will only be processed after the Forum. Cancellations made on or before 31 July 2026 will incur a 2.5% cancellation fee, while those made from 1 August 2026 onwards will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
