Get out of your head and into your feet, and connect in community with some easy circle folk dances. No prior experience needed, we’ll tell you what to do. If you can walk, you can do this.

Take some creative time to yourself in a room stocked with art supplies. Get your hands on modeling clay, markers, colored pencils, oil chalk, and more and let your creativity run wild.

Taste With Intention

A guided sensory experience that contrasts distracted eating with intentional tasting. You will be led through a structured tasting practice that slows down attention, sharpens presence, and reconnects you to the simple act of eating as a doorway to conscious living. No prior experience needed, just curiosity and an appetite for presence.

Find Your Voice, Claim Your Power

Build resilience, self-confidence, and release your personal power with effective voice techniques. In this interactive workshop, you will learn science-backed vocal exercises to find your own voice, improve public speaking, regulate breathing in high pressure situations, and express yourself effectively in any environment.

Belly Dance Workshop

Belly dance is one of the most beloved art forms of the Arab world, carrying stories of culture, femininity, resistance, and everyday life. This workshop is an invitation to experience it for yourself and explore how movement can support wellbeing, body confidence, self-expression, and joy. We’ll learn some of the basics of belly dance, hear a little about the stories and traditions behind the movements, and reflect on what it can mean for women to express themselves through their bodies. No experience is needed, and every woman is welcome, whatever your age, body shape, fitness level, or dance experience. There is no “right” body to dance in and no “right” way to move, It is a space to move, connect, have fun, and feel comfortable in our bodies without judgment.

One-On-One Support Sessions

Conference discussions may bring up difficult emotions, memories, or personal reflections. Qualified counselors will be available for 30-minute individual support sessions, offering a confidential, compassionate space to process your experience and receive emotional support.
